We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in the pedestrian area was fantastic, allowing for easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any needs or questions we had. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center, providing a truly luxurious experience. Additionally, the option to rent bicycles allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location by the river and park was peaceful and offered easy access to town and attractions. The pool and wellness centre were clean, well-maintained, and free to use. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was reasonably priced.

The reception staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. The language barrier made communication difficult at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious family room at the hotel. The pool facilities were excellent, and it would have been even better if there were sauna and steam room connected to the swimming pool area. The outside lawns, although not well maintained, still provided a nice area to relax. The breakfast, despite a few shortcomings, had a good selection of yogurt and herbal tea. I would recommend this hotel.

Great building and amenities, comfortable room with attached balcony, well-maintained swimming pool and whirlpool, clean shower facilities. Short walk to city center and nearby community cultural center for entertainment options. Nice view, ample storage, good hot water, pleasant maid service, fresh air from windows. Helpful receptionist, fresh tulips on breakfast table. Large, clean room and good variety for breakfast. Spotlessly clean pool and wellness center, all for a good price.
