The room was lovely and spacious with comfy beds and had a sauna which we made use of. The hotel had excellent parking facilities, making it convenient for guests. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were commendable.

The hotel is located in a really grotty area, but it's a nice place on the edge of the city center. It is very close to Blumental train station, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are modern and clean, with a helpful reception staff. Breakfast is tasty and the hotel offers a baby cot upon request.

The fitness facilities advertised for free are not up to expectations, with limited equipment available.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the free minibar and the great breakfast that was included. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and being located just a short distance from the city center.

The food options were limited after a certain time of day and the surrounding area was not the most attractive. the access to the building could have been better marked, which made it more difficult to find when arriving after dark.

Great location for exploring the city on foot, without any noise disturbance at night. The staff were friendly, professional, and resolved issues promptly. We appreciated the additional facilities like the gym and sauna, and the nearby pub was a nice bonus. Perfect for old people.

The staff at reception was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day. They also provided us with directions to the airport. the location of the hotel is ideal, as it is in the center of everything and there is a tram stop nearby. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. a fantastic experience.

I found this place perfect! The hotel is in a peaceful area, but not far from the historical centre. The room service, car hire, and housekeeping were excellent. I loved the free welcome drink! The room had great amenities, including a mini-bar, safe, and ironing facilities. The restaurant had special diet menus and the staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna and massage. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus!
