I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable wooden cots for kids with full bedding in the rooms, which is rare to find in hotels. The breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks. The playroom next to the restaurant was a handy feature for keeping an eye on my kids while enjoying a meal. The staff was always polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is situated right on the lake trail, offering magnificent views of the High Tatra mountains. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and soundproof. The hotel staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, providing guests with hiking maps. Breakfast is good and regular, and the hotel offers free parking right outside.

The restaurant can be loud, especially due to families with kids and babies.

Great location, close to lots of nature and mountains. Rooms were spacious and clean. Best was the view from the room and being able to wake up to the beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and really helpful!

The bathroom was not practical and there was no shower curtain. Also, there were no complimentary items in the room as promised, which was disappointing. The hotel could have been more honest about the room's distance from the main building.
