We had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel located right next to a beautiful big lake. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the lake. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was rich and tasty, offering a good selection of items. The hotel also had a spa center, where we enjoyed the amazing facilities and the thermal healing water in the outdoor pools.

The restaurant service was quite chaotic at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel situated right next to a beautiful big lake. We loved being so close to the waterpark and the thermal park, which provided endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the lovely terrace and sitting area in our room, which offered stunning views of the lake.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Despite some issues, my Christmas stay at the hotel was decent. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a great view of the nearby lake. the breakfast selection was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were several negative aspects of the stay. the hotel's location was a bit out of the way, making it difficult to access nearby attractions.

Very helpful staff, great air conditioning, comfy bed, spectacular morning view. Nice staff, comfortable accommodation, unique thermal healing water in outdoor pools, delicious cuisine. Sauna suite with private sauna, gorgeous lake views, spotless room, polite staff. Special rate for wellness center, amazing sauna world. One of the best hotels in region.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

thermal sirava exceeded my expectations. the christmas party was amazing - great food, cozy atmosphere, and fun activities. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. highly recommend!

Limited evening entertainment options.
