Spending xmas at this hotel was a great experience. The thermal pools were excellent, and the massage center was a real treat. The hotel's location near the pools made it convenient to access the pools from our room. Additionally, the payment process with the wrist chip was straightforward and comfortable.

The breakfast was quite basic, with no options to choose from. Furthermore, we found the staff to be quite unpleasant, with no smiles or helpfulness. Finally, the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant was disappointing. next time we will go elsewhere for xmas.
