Located in the city center, near a cable car. Brand new building with spacious rooms and a balcony offering stunning views. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it convenient for guests. Helpful staff who accommodated earlier departure. Great for families with children, with a small shop nearby and fully equipped kitchen in each room. Modern, clean, and equipped with WiFi and a safe.

Enjoyed my Easter getaway with two great offers: fresh flowers and chocolate eggs on arrival and an Easter brunch buffet. the location was perfect for skiing and snowboarding as the slopes were only a few minutes walk away. the balcony view from my room was breathtaking, I couldn't get enough of the stunning mountain views.

The cleaning services were below standard with the room not being properly cleaned on arrival, including dirty kitchen utensils and unhinged curtains. the noise from a nearby construction site made it impossible to enjoy a quiet stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of Smokovec, near the cable car station. It is nestled in the beautiful Tatra mountains, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a safe. The breakfast offered is plentiful, and there are also a few good restaurants and a Caffè nearby. The views from the rooms, especially on the fourth floor, are spectacular.

There is a slight issue with the chip cards not working properly in the lift.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was just next to the cable car station that takes you up to the mountains. Being a nature lover, this was the perfect starting point for me to explore the beautiful trails in the area. Additionally, this hotel is conveniently situated in the center of the city, making it easy to access shops and restaurants.

Our stay at Apartmanovy Hotel Hrebienok Resort was fantastic! The location was excellent, with stunning views of the mountains from our room. We loved having a kitchen in the room, which allowed us to make our own meals. The facilities in the building were a great bonus, offering plenty of options for food and socializing. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with two balconies to enjoy the morning coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always with a smile. The internet connection was fast and reliable.

We had a great night's sleep as the rooms were quiet. the staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, which was a rarity in other hotels in the area. the internet connection was fast and reliable, and we also enjoyed the spacious terrace. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, as well as the Hrebienok cable car just a stone's throw away. there were indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids and a covered outside pool with warm water.
