The hotel's location is convenient as it is quite close to the main tourist points in the area. Guests can easily explore the High Tatras and access nearby attractions. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms and attentive service. The breakfast offers a good selection of food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can also enjoy the excellent wellness facilities, including a spacious pool and various sauna options.

It is unfortunate that the spa hours are limited, which may not be convenient for all guests.

The wellness center was superb! The pool was large, clean, and perfect to unwind. The saunas and steam rooms were a great addition, and we especially loved the unique showers with hot and cold water. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. The location, amid the forest, was ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was a short drive to the nearby town and hiking trails.

The check-out was early at 10AM, which was not very convenient. Furthermore, we wished that some staff members were more outgoing and friendly, and could speak better English. A curtain-less shower in the bathroom was a bit of a letdown, as it easily caused water to overflow into the rest of the bathroom. it was a good stay, and we highly recommend this hotel for its location and fantastic spa facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by the beautiful nature of High Tatras. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived, offering me a refreshing welcome drink. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable furniture where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

This place is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
