The art decor and furniture in the Palace Art Hotel were absolutely stunning. The Chagall artwork in our room added a touch of elegance. We were also impressed by the contemporary Slovak painters' works hanging in the hallways. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful sleep. The hotel's winery offered an amazing bottle of Brut that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff provided excellent service and even surprised my girlfriend with champagne, flowers, and a card for her birthday. The food at the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious ambiance, friendly staff, and unforgettable experience.

There were some minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the spa not opening until 12. Additionally, the room service and minibar prices were a bit exaggerated, even by Western standards.

Spent Xmas at a luxury hotel that was decorated elegantly. the best aspects of my stay included a stunning room with luxurious furnishings and a mouth-watering breakfast with a plethora of natural options. the hotel had a fantastic wellness center that was comfortable and ideal for relaxation.

This was one of the main reasons I had chosen this hotel for Xmas. the secondary restaurant was below average in terms of both taste and ambiance.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location in a residential area right in the castle of Pezinok makes it feel like a fairytale getaway. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available. The airport shuttle was also a convenient option for transportation. Plus, I loved the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance offered by the friendly staff. The room itself was top-notch, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The mini-bar and sitting area added an extra touch of comfort. The terrace with garden furniture was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
