During my stay at Gloria Hotel, I experienced exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. One evening, I noticed a strange smell in my room and immediately contacted the reception. Within minutes, Beau, a member of the hotel staff, arrived at my room to investigate the issue. The level of professionalism and promptness displayed by Beau was truly impressive. Not only did he ensure that the problem was resolved swiftly, but he also graciously upgraded me to a new room, which was even more comfortable and inviting.

We recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Ljubljana for the weekend and had a great time. the staff were young and enthusiastic and always willing to help. the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed being able to park our car for free on site. the location was perfect for us as it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit with a short taxi ride, and we were pleased to find that we were given free tickets to a nearby water park which was great fun.

while the room was generally comfortable, it did get quite chilly in the evenings as the windows were not very well sealed. However, these were only small issues in what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
