The spa offered great massage options, and the hotel had all the amenities we were looking for, including a pool, sauna, gym. The check-in and check-out process was quick, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was also close to the city center, and the pool and gym were beautiful. The staff, bed/pillow quality, and breakfast were all close to perfect. The reception staff, Alenka and Blaž, were incredibly helpful in planning my visit to the city center. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the mattress quality was excellent. The breakfast had a good range of dishes, and the lobby area was modernly furnished. While not the most comfortable for lounging, the tranquility of the pine forest added to the charm of this isolated place. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at Four Points for a weekend getaway and were extremely pleased with our experience. From the quick check-in process to the friendly staff, everything went smoothly. The hotel's large and secured parking was a great convenience. The bar and restaurant had generous operating hours and offered delicious meals. Our suite was huge and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the complementary bottles of water, coffee and tea, as well as the indoor slippers. The hotel was impeccably clean and the pool and sauna were a hit with the kids. The breakfast had a wide range of dishes and the Wi-Fi was good and fast. Additionally, the hotel's location was just minutes away from the Zoo and a short drive to the city center.
