Clean rooms and kind staff

During our stay at Hotel Bela Krajina, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms neat and tidy. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and were always available to assist with any of our needs.

Although there was no mention of a minibar in the database, this was the only drawback we experienced. It would have been convenient to have a minibar in the room for easy access to refreshments.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. the location was ideal since it was close to the main attractions in the town and to the countryside. We also enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms that provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Another downside was the cultural display in the welcome area that showed explicit photos which could be offensive to some guests. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider using more appropriate methods to showcase their culture and values.
