The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, pleasant and clean rooms, good location between old town and railway station, efficient A/C, friendly staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ptuj. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome. The location was also very convenient, being on the outskirts of the old town. I particularly liked how close it was to the center of town, just a short walk away. The basic amenities in the well-maintained and up-to-date rooms, including the comfortable beds, ensured a comfortable stay. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus, as it was on par with other European hotels I've stayed in.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, as there were some dust on the towel heater and an unpleasant mark on the shower wall.

Convenient location, close to bus and train stations. Clean and well-maintained property. Small but updated rooms. Decent breakfast buffet. Attached casino adds convenience.

The location was convenient, walking distance from the tourist spots. the room had a nice view of the city and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was not worth the price. the room was too small for a family, and the bathroom was cramped.
