Spent Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! Really enjoyed the amazing spa facilities and indoor pool, plus the location close to a stunning castle and river made for excellent walks. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from at each meal. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Our room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, and there were some issues with the heating system not working properly. the lack of blackout curtains made sleeping a bit difficult, especially with lights shining into the room.

I had a great stay at this beautiful hotel! The rooms were modern and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and spacious environment. The bathroom was sleek and the large TV was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful view of the forest from my room's balcony. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodated all my requests with a smile. The location was also convenient, with the Otocec castle and river within walking distance. I highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
