The staff at Rose Hotel went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. When I initially didn't like the room, they promptly changed it, completely turning my stay around. They even accommodated my injury by allowing me to rest for an extra day. The hotel's location near the lake and convenient parking were also major pluses. The room, though a little dated, was spacious and impeccably clean, with a large bathroom. The friendly staff and the beautiful surroundings make me want to stay at this hotel again.

We recently spent Christmas at a modern hotel beside a beautiful lake. The breakfast was delicious and we were offered a carvery dinner with entertainment. The room lacked aircon, making it uncomfortably hot at night. We couldn't leave the window open due to the noise from nearby bars.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, with a wonderful garden right on the waters edge in Bled. Guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the lake from their room, which is clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception is helpful and kind, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers vegan options and has a good selection. Additionally, the indoor pool is a nice facility to relax in during your stay.
