The location of this hotel was perfect! We had easy access to the thermal water pools, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. the breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was a lot of variety.

Sadly, the hotel needs some maintenance and refurbishment. the rooms were out of date, and the carpet had some stains.

Here was a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as private thermal water tubs, fluffy bathrobes, and spa towels included in the room rate. the food was delicious with plenty of choices for breakfast and heavenly desserts. the spa area was mostly calm and peaceful, with a large indoor pool with hot thermal water, sauna, and message services. a perfect relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The only minor issue was that some of the personnel were not too friendly. Most of the maids did not even say hello, and at meals, foreign guests seemed to be a priority.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast selection including vegetarian options. Helpful and friendly staff. Spa area with pools and sauna cabins. Convenient parking facilities.
