The hotel was new and had modern design which was pleasant to the eyes. the amenities provided were satisfactory and they had complimentary wine bottles in the room. the hotel was conveniently accessible and had a large parking lot, making it easy to get around and park. the bike rentals were a plus and we were able to ride to nearby city attractions.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the Christmas market areas and city centre. the response time from the reception was poor and there was no one to answer our calls when we needed assistance.
