I recently stayed at a hotel in Juba and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, not far from the airport, which made it easy to access by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel had great facilities, such as a swimming pool, that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

One area where the hotel could improve is in its bag screening process. Having to go back to the gate for screening after reaching the entrance to the reception was a bit inconvenient.

The exclusive amenities provided by this hotel exceeded my expectations. The spa center and outdoor swimming pool were spotless, and their services were very professional. The room came with unique essentials, but when I asked for additional towels and toothbrushes, they provided them right away without making me feel like an inconvenience. Location-wise, it's perfectly situated, not too far from the airport, and the breakfast buffet they serve is delicious!

The only minor setback I encountered during my stay was the time it took the staff to check my reservation, resulting in a 30-minute wait. It would be helpful if they had a faster and more efficient way of retrieving guest information.
