Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location was unbeatable for anyone hiking Montserrat. We were able to explore the stunning monastery and listen to the monks' choir. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was rich. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable experience.

The location of Abat Cisneros is simply incredible. Situated up in the mountains, it offers peace and quiet after the day trippers have gone home. Being the only hotel on the side of the mountain, it provides a unique experience. the rooms are small and austere, but the views are breathtaking. the restaurant serves surprisingly good food at reasonable prices, and the house wines are also a great value. It's a perfect place to stay for 24 hours and soak in the magic of Montserrat.

The views of the Mediterranean from the hotel courtyard were breathtaking, with towering pillars and bells ringing. The restaurant had a fancy ambiance and delicious food. The location was perfect, right next to the Monastery & abbey.

The location and comfort at Abat Cisneros were perfect for the price. the stunning view from the bedroom, especially at sunrise, was unforgettable. Despite the crowds of noisy tourists and trail runners, I still enjoyed the experience. the dinner at the hotel was surprisingly good, with the pork collar being particularly delectable. the staff was wonderful and the view was incredible. Having the place to ourselves was a bonus.

Staying at this hotel was a unique experience as a business traveler. Being able to stay at the top of the mountain and being so close to the Montserrat monastery was a pleasing and convenient aspect. The room was tastefully decorated, with amenities such as extra toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. The staff at the front desk were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The view from the room overlooking the courtyard of the monastery and the valley beyond was breathtaking.

It would have been more convenient if the hotel had a more welcoming sun terrace, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The hotel's location near the church and monastery is ideal, just a few steps across a beautiful open courtyard. The rooms with a glass for the most stunning views of the mountains and the rock face a few metres from the window are amazing!

Nice breakfast. the place if wonderful! the hotel had everything you might need and staff was very friendly. the breakfast was perfect - loved hot chocolate and churros. the view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially at night. the location was ideal for exploring the area and going on hikes.

Although the reception staff was friendly, they could have been more informative. We had to ask for maps for hikes and information about meal times.

Waking up to the stunning view of the Basilica was unforgettable. Avoiding crowds, listening to the choir, and watching sunset from our window were highlights. Despite some flaws, we highly recommend Abat Cisneros for a memorable stay.
