We loved the convenient location, away from the city centre but with good transport links. The hotel provided a clean and comfortable room with daily cleaning and fresh linen. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The availability of a bidet in the bathroom was a bonus for keeping ourselves clean. As a family with 2 small kids, we found the hotel ideal for our needs.

We had a problem with the first room’s bathroom door, it wouldn’t close. The staff was very friendly and understanding, and they promptly moved us to a new room which was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub and provided toiletries. Despite the initial issue, our overall experience at the hotel was great. The location was convenient, within walking distance of nearby attractions, and the hotel was well-equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the railway station. In addition, the immediate area is needing refurbished badly, but it is just right next to the train station.

The spa facilities were not in operation and in a poor condition.

The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and we loved the little extras like toothbrushes and toothpaste. The 24-hour reception service was a great convenience, and the staff spoke excellent English, allowing for smooth communication. Any issues we had were promptly resolved, and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. we were thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with buses available nearby to take us to the city center. The beds in our room were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were pleased that the hotel accepted dogs for a small additional fee, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along for our stay.

Some of the staff members were not very helpful, and there was one girl in particular who lacked in customer service. Furthermore, the mini bar in our room only had water, and there were no other beverage options available.

tent exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon. everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super helpful. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the location was close to everything we wanted to see in granada. we had a wonderful time!
