The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower. The hotel had a great mix of old and new ambiance. Parking was not a problem.

There were some noise issues as we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the breakfast options were a bit limited in variety and quantity, but the quality of the products was good.

The hotel itself is a beautifully restored old palace, with Andalusian style architecture. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was superb, with a comfortable bed and a nice seating area. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely courtyard area on the ground floor and a small free carpark on site. The staff at the front desk, especially Sylvia, were super-friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area.

We had a lovely 3-day stay at this beautiful riad-style hotel. The room was spacious, with a separate sitting area for our daughter. The pool built around the well added a unique touch, and we could even see it from our room. The hotel had great taste, with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge in the room. The staff were incredibly nice, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a Continental buffet and the omelet with bacon we requested was quickly provided. a faultless experience.
