Horrible acoustic insulation in duplex rooms, noise from adjacent rooms is unacceptable. Room tiles were lifting and restaurant toilets were not cleaned properly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this ski resort! The location was fantastic, being right next to the gondola that takes you up to the ski slopes. It made it so convenient for us to hit the slopes and enjoy a thrilling day of skiing. Plus, having boot dryers available right next to the gondola was a game-changer for us, ensuring our boots were always warm and dry before heading out. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day on the slopes. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to fuel us for the day ahead. the views, location, and amenities of this resort made our ski holiday truly memorable.

The food quality in the small restaurant outside of the Italian restaurant, which left much to be desired.

The staff were kind and helpful, particularly Joanna at the front desk and Maria in the spa area. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The spa bath in the room was the best part, providing lots of jet pressure and allowing us to enjoy our own private spa experience. The breakfast had a wide selection and included made-to-order eggs and pancakes. The parking was convenient, located right under the hotel. The hotel's location near the ski lift was perfect for easy access to the slopes.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The service was impeccable, the private facilities were exceptional, and the location was ideal for skiing enthusiasts. The spa & wellness centre offered a sauna, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi that were perfect to relax after a long day of skiing. The room advantages were luxurious with exclusive amenities such as original toiletries and comfortable bedding. The continental breakfast was first-class and the bar/lounge area was cozy and perfect for an evening drink.

The only minor issue was a leakage in the bathroom, but the housekeeping staff quickly remedied the situation. this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exclusive and exceptional stay.
