The AC Lounge is perfect for a relaxed meeting or a moment of relaxation, as if I don't do enough of that already. The location is so superb that it's become a reference point, ideal for meetings and functions. Such elegance.

Oh, yes, I truly hate enjoying a stroll along Palma's charming seafront promenade and breathing in the fresh sea air. Absolutely dreadful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and all its attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and amenities in the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and modern, with spacious bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a great choice for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The rooms facing the street can be quite noisy, so light sleepers might want to request a room away from the main road.

This place is perfectly located close to the waterfront and within walking distance to many restaurants. It's also very close to the marina and right in the center of town. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and services, including room service, car hire, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance. we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff at the hotel were great, friendly and professional. the breakfast buffet offered a lovely selection of food. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and easy walking access to the main sights of the city.

The rooms were small, dark, and tired-looking. the hallways leading to the rooms were also quite dark and had a slightly depressing atmosphere.

The location, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, well-equipped rooms, flawless room servicing.

All was good.

Great breakfast selection and daily water provided in the room were a nice touch. the hotel’s excellent location made visiting nearby attractions easy and convenient.

Though the room was renovated and modern, the noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to sleep. the bedding was subpar and not comfortable, which made it challenging to get a good night’s rest.

We had a last-minute short break in Palma and chose the AC Hotel for its excellent location. the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and we loved how easy it was to explore the city from here. Checking in was a breeze, and there were plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby. We definitely plan on staying at the AC Hotel again for our future visits to Palma.
