We stayed at Acta for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The triple room turned out to be an amazing 2-room suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal, with the metro and several bus stops just a couple of blocks away. We were able to walk to the central bus station and Sagrada Familia within minutes. The area also had plenty of dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with a kettle upon request.

It was just a short walk to the famous landmark and there were plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby. the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. One thing that could have been better was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. It would have been nice to have a place to keep my beverages cool.

The hotel's professional and friendly staff provided excellent service, offering tourist information, maps, and directions without us even having to ask. They even informed us about nearby subway construction, saving us the trouble of finding out ourselves. The 3-person room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and offered a great deal of privacy. Additionally, the hotel provided printing services if needed.
