For the value we paid, we got a comfortable and clean room with a great view of the harbour. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beaches. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could have more variety.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Agua Marina for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to amenities such as a supermarket and a restaurant. The hotel had a nice pool on site and the apartment I stayed in was tastefully decorated and spacious. The staff, including Pedro, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the complex and the view of the marina from my apartment.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and offered amazing views. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and a small beach within walking distance. We also enjoyed the coastal walk to Puerto Calero, with the option to take a ferry back. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely and peaceful, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The pool bar could have been open more frequently, but it didn't affect our stay. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the apartments, only a ventilator, which made it a bit difficult to sleep during warm nights.

I had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The location was amazing, with beautiful views of the harbor from my balcony. It was just a short walk to the old town and there were plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and the parking and transportation options were convenient. this was one of the best places I have stayed in Puerto del Carmen.

It was all superb.

We loved the clean and well-maintained apartments overlooking the port. The location was fantastic, at the quieter end of the town, with a lovely wooden boardwalk leading to the marina. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The apartments at Apartamentos Agua Marina were spacious and beautifully designed, giving a sense of comfort and tradition. I loved having my own private balcony, and the large communal balcony offered stunning views of the port. The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from the restaurants and shops.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful harbor. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and a supermarket right on our doorstep. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with towels and bedding changed regularly. The added security of a locked main door at night made us feel safe and secure. The free courtesy room was a great bonus for our late departure.

The WiFi was quite poor during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the waterproof mattress covers kept slipping off and made a lot of noise when moving around in bed.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Agua Marina. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old port and with stunning views of the harbour from our balcony and the pool area. The staff, especially Steffi, were incredibly helpful and provided great advice for our trip. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, and the overall maintenance of the property was excellent. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the area, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
