It exceeded our expectations with its immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, and great bathroom. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxation and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Gran Alacant shopping centre with plenty of dining options. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but we hope to next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel was impeccably clean and all staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and had everything I needed. One highlight of my stay was when I left my mobile phone at a local restaurant and the receptionist went above and beyond to retrieve it for me, even arranging for it to be delivered to the airport. The breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent, with a great selection of food that varied each day. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas nearby. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief during the extreme weather. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. as a British traveler, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

During our stay at Aj Gran Alacant, my husband accidentally left his phone at a local restaurant before we had to rush to the airport. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us, making sure the phone was retrieved and delivered to us at the airport promptly. We were truly grateful for the care and competence shown by the staff.

As a slight drawback, I found it a bit challenging to reach the hangers in the wardrobes and access the safe due to my height. Additionally, having bedside cabinets instead of a wall-mounted shelf would have been more convenient.

I booked Aj Gran Alacant for an overnight stay close to the airport. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff at the reception were kind, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the airport, making it perfect for an early flight. The property is new and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious.

Close to Alicante airport and shops/restaurants. Excellent modern room with a large balcony. Impressive breakfast with plenty of choice. Cleanest place to stay with helpful staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the airport and with easy access to the main road for exploring the Costa Blanca. Our room was modern, comfortable, and well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The balcony was a wonderful addition, and the storage space and large TV were impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold options, satisfying all tastes.

One evening, we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately, the set menu lacked a vegetarian option. However, the chef kindly offered us tempura vegetables, although they were not cooked properly.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the airport right behind the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, going out of their way to assist with any requests.

enjoyed our stay in gran alicant again, but this time at a different hotel. aj gran alacant surpassed our expectations. modern, comfortable room with great storage and a large balcony. breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options. impressive!

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of around 20 restaurants, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Alicante airport, which is great for those with early morning flights. The hotel facilities are modern and clean, providing a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Our romantic escape was just what we needed, with excellent facilities like a stylish rooftop pool and a good breakfast selection. the hotel staff was friendly, and the location was perfect as it was a short ride from the airport and close to a shopping center with bars and restaurants. We also loved having fluffy towels to use at the pool and the variety of tea and coffee.

We also found there wasn't much to do around the hotel, and we had to take a taxi to Santa Pola every day. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
