I recently stayed at Akeah Hotel in Madrid for a few nights. The brand new hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They promptly addressed any issues that came up during my stay. The rooftop pool area offered a fantastic view and a great place to relax. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the bar area was lovely for drinks.

This hotel is an excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of all the main attractions and right next to Metro line 2. The staff provide exceptional service and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The rooms offer lovely views from the bedroom and the breakfast is delicious.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very helpful and the staff were super friendly. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to metro links, shops, and cafes. The decor was beautiful and the rooftop pool and bar were a highlight. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great room, beautifully decorated and brand new. Big windows differentiate it from other hotels. Impressive reception with helpful and positive front desk staff. Clean and interesting bedroom with micro balcony. Quiet room with good bed and clean separate shower and toilet. Lovely complimentary toiletries and good towels. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Amazing rooftop swimming pool with stunning views. Helpful and supportive staff. Excellent location, close to metro and city center.

Our stay at Akeah Hotel Gran Via Adults Only was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was great and having a rooftop pool was a wonderful amenity. The bedroom was clean and interesting with big picture windows, offering a beautiful view of the street. The separate shower and toilet were exceptionally clean, and the complimentary toiletries and towels were of high quality. The breakfast provided plenty of choices and the rooftop swimming pool was amazing, with stunning views of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its modernity, excellent staff, and great facilities.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being within walking distance of the main attractions and right next to Metro line 2. You can easily explore the city and visit all the important sites. The rooms are modern and clean, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

One downside is that the bathroom doesn't have any ventilation, which can make it feel a bit stuffy.

We particularly loved the quiet room and the excellent soundproofing even though we were in the heart of the city. the location was perfect as we could walk to several nice restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area. the excellent wifi connection allowed us to keep in touch with our family and friends during our trip.

The hotel room was a bit small, and there wasn't enough space to store our luggage. We also felt uncomfortable with the glass wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room.

The location is unbeatable - so central and just a 10-minute walk from Gran Via. The hotel's funky and vibrant decor adds a unique touch, perfect for couples. The staff are next level friendly, from the happy and helpful front desk to the amazing restaurant staff. The food and drink are also incredibly cheap and of good quality.

Felt very special, no complaints whatsoever.
