Our family of three had a comfortable stay in a mini suite with a good fold-out couch. The front desk was attentive and helpful, even getting us a last-minute reservation at a popular restaurant. The location was ideal for visiting the aquarium and science museum, with the beach within walking distance. Great experience overall.

We had a great Easter getaway at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the main attractions and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing, providing us with a room upgrade and a list of fantastic local eateries. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the Turia Gardens right next to the hotel.

That the hotel was a bit far from the city center and the beach, so it's important to choose wisely depending on your preferences. the breakfast options were limited, although everything was tasty.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Science museum and close to the shopping area, allowing for easy exploration of these attractions. Additionally, there are quality restaurants nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering recommendations for places to visit and eat.

The lack of parking on the premises and the need to park a few blocks away in another hotel's lot was inconvenient for guests arriving by car.

We had a fantastic stay at Sercotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Science City and other attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The separate toilet and bathroom were a nice touch. Although there were a few minor issues like the lack of towels in the kitchenette and no hooks to hang towels, the friendly staff, especially Marta and Anna, made up for it. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite these small drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. I had a great experience at Sercotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to main points of interest like Ciudad de Ciencias. There were also plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, including a large Corte Ingles store and two malls within walking distance. The staff at the reception were always very kind and helpful, providing valuable advice on where to go in the area. The building itself was clean and modern, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten card, chocolates, and champagne in my room, making my stay special and memorable. The nearby restaurants were also a delight, with friendly staff and delicious food. This is definitely one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it to families.

The hotel could have benefited from additional amenities such as a pool, small inner garden, or free bikes.

The city trip was awesome, and we were particularly impressed by the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby every morning. the hotel was also conveniently located near the major attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city. the fact that we were given a complimentary map of the area upon arrival made our trip really smooth.

We were not impressed by the thin walls of the hotel, which allowed us to hear everything from the neighboring rooms. we found it difficult to locate convenience stores around the hotel, and the street noise at night was unbearable.
