Great value for money with clean, new beds and a spacious common area. The location was perfect, close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the old city center and the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay at this unique hostel.

As a Camino pilgrim, I stayed at Albergue Compostela for a few nights. The receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, helping me with printing my train ticket. The sleeping cells were comfortable with good beds. The hostel felt new, with clean and modern fittings. I loved the private bed units that gave me my own space. The dining area and common room were spacious, and there was pleasant music playing on the TV. Having a supermarket next door was convenient, and it was an easy walk to the old city center and cathedral.

Recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Albergue Compostela for 3 nights and loved it. The hostel is different from others I've stayed at because most guests had just completed their Santiago de Compostela walk, giving it a unique atmosphere. The beds and bathrooms were new and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is great, very close to the train station and within walking distance of local attractions. a good stay.

it was an amazing stay, completely different from my previous visit to santiago de compostela. this time at albergue compostela, i enjoyed the sense of community with fellow pilgrims. the new and clean beds with individual units provided privacy, and the convenient location near the train station made exploring the city a breeze. overall, a great experience.

Limited kitchen facilities, missed having a water heater for tea or coffee.

Comfy beds and friendly staff but the highlight was the lovely communal area with a TV - finally I could watch my precious shows!

Just loved having a thin sheet and pillow cover that made me sweat like a pig for the first 10 minutes. So refreshing!
