the bright and airy shared dorm had lockers with keys, providing security for my belongings. the hostel was conveniently located near the Camino, and the nearby town of Zubiri surprised me with its charm, especially the lovely old pedestrian bridge. the pilgrim dinner at Albergue Avellano was well worth the price, offering delicious food and wine. the kindness of the staff, including help with luggage, made me feel grateful for the experience.

This hostel offers comfortable bunk bed rooms, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and personal lockers for belongings. The smaller bunk bed rooms are less noisy and more comfortable. The hostel has a beautiful and modern design, with tidy and clean rooms overlooking peaceful gardens. The kitchen leads to a grass sitting area, perfect for relaxation. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a smiling face to welcome guests. They even offered to carry luggage after a long day's walk.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a cozy hostel during my Camino journey. The owner of Albergue Segunda Etapa greeted me by name and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience and was always available to answer any questions I had. The shared dorm room was bright and airy, and I especially appreciated the lockers with keys, which added an extra layer of security. The hostel was exceptionally clean, and sharing the room with only three other pilgrims made it feel more spacious. Additionally, the availability of laundry facilities and the option for the hospitalera to do our laundry for a small fee was incredibly convenient. The small kitchen on-site provided a great place to enjoy coffee, juice, and pastries. the staff at Albergue Segunda Etapa were welcoming and made my stay truly enjoyable.

My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer at Albergue Segunda Etapa. 😔

She assisted us with our camino passport stamps and provided us with helpful information about the area. The hostel itself was super clean and had excellent facilities including comfortable beds, showers, bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the option of smaller bunk bed rooms as it made for a more peaceful and comfortable stay. a great choice for student groups and anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating hostel.
