I should have asked for a lower floor to avoid noise from the event, but overall, it was a memorable experience. My experience at Alcazaba Premium Hotel was extremely disappointing. The breakfast staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. when I asked for coffee before catching a flight, they completely brushed me off as if my request was an inconvenience. Additionally, there were major issues with the air conditioning, which took too long to cool the room at night, leaving us uncomfortably warm.

alcazaba premium is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk to the beautiful alcazaba castle. the staff at the reception were super friendly and really helpful. our room had a great air-conditioning system. We loved having a spacious accessible bathroom. breakfast was simple but tasty, and the view of the alcazaba was a definite highlight.

the washroom needs full renovation with water leaks from the showerhead. the room was clean and spacious with a great shower and provided toiletries. it's located near the city center and walking distance from the beach. also, we received free water bottles daily.
