The hotel room and all facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and obviously well trained. The location was excellent, close to the beach. Parking, once you knew where to park, was fine. The breakfast had new and interesting options to try.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location were all top-notch. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to the center and historic area of this city. It was also just a stone's throw away from San Lorenzo beach, offering easy access to breathtaking views and relaxing walks along the promenade.

Loved the lively neighborhood with its charming architecture and endless options for dining and drinking. The hotel's elegant facilities and attentive service created the perfect atmosphere for a delightful stay. The view of the beach and the sea was simply breathtaking.

Who needs tea or coffee in the room? I'd rather walk a few blocks to get my caffeine fix.

The rooms were spotless and spacious, with good-sized baths and even air conditioning. The views from the room were amazing, overlooking the beach and embankment. The staff provided excellent service, with attention to detail and friendly assistance. And to top it off, breakfast was perfectly served, with a great selection of items included.

Spent Xmas here and had a great experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the main beach and the old town area with many restaurants and shops. the lobby and ornate touches added character to the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The continental breakfast was limited to a few options at the attached cafeteria. the room provided a small sea view window that could have been larger to enjoy the view more, but it was warm, so leaving the window open at night helped.
