We chose this hotel because of its perfect location in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the medieval quartier and the beautiful Humedales. The room we stayed in was lovely, with bay windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially Christina on reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

That the hotel still uses traditional keys instead of a card system, which could be more convenient for guests.

The amenities offered were fine and the location was within walking distance of most interesting things to do in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful. We were given complimentary Wi-fi which was convenient because we were sending photos to friends in real time. As for the location, it was ideal as we were able to walk to many historic sites as well as restaurants, cafes, and shops. the view from our room was breathtaking and made our entire stay more memorable!

The walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. We were unable to sleep at night due to noise from other rooms and outside.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient for me to explore nearby attractions and easily access the main sights. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were some drawbacks during my stay. It would have been nice to have the option to make a hot beverage in the morning or evening.
