the staff was professional, friendly, and spoke multiple languages. the hostel facilities were clean and they took the global situation seriously. the location was perfect, just a short walk from la ciudadela and plaza del castillo. I was very comfortable in my room and the breakfast was delicious. They also had a full kitchen to use, which made cooking a breeze. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Pamplona.

The staff is friendly and helpful, often offering lemonade on arrival and providing recommendations for local budget restaurants. the hostel offers great breakfasts and even arranges luggage transfers for guests.

There were occasional instances of noise disturbance from neighboring rooms, which could be a slight inconvenience for sensitive sleepers.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the spacious and clean double room with a shared bathroom. The hostel's communal areas were comfortable and perfect for catching up on work or blogging. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even better. The location was ideal, close to the city center with grocery stores nearby. The hostel also provided cooking facilities and a small fridge, and even offered a traditional Spanish breakfast for a small fee. The added convenience of a vending machine and laundry service for a reasonable price was a nice touch. we enjoyed our time at the hostel and would gladly stay here again.

I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Aloha Hostel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hostel was impeccably clean, and the staff, particularly Camilla at reception, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Camilla provided great suggestions for local restaurants and bars. The WiFi was also reliable, and my female dorm had fantastic amenities, including personal lockers, privacy cubbies, a built-in nightlight. Aloha Hostel was a perfect break from my Camino journey, and one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, with its well-thought-out design and attentive staff.

We had a great stay at a hostel in a fantastic location. the check-in process was easy and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find that towels were provided, which was a nice bonus. the hostel also had lockers with nightstands for us to store our valuable items. the lady at reception was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the room and bathroom were basic but comfortable, and everything was kept clean. Although we didn't try the breakfast, it was a light option of toast and jam for those who prefer a simple start to the day. we would recommend this place for a night or two in the city.
