The rooms were not soundproof and the wifi was slow and kept cutting off. The lifts were frequently out of order and there was no electric kettle available.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was in a great location, just a few blocks away from the El Prado museum. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were cozy, with 2 single beds and a convenient kitchenette. The key card was easy to use and the room had all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi. The prices were reasonable and breakfast was not included, but that's ok.

The hotel could improve on child safety measures.

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located apartment which had a modern design and comfortable amenities. The small kitchen was a convenient feature, allowing me to prepare meals. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a bonus. The value for money was also impressive. Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and key attractions.

Wow! What a weekend! Our accommodation was in the heart of the city, close to amazing shopping centers, and a hop, skip, and a jump to the nightlife. Two free breakfast’s were included in the price of the room which was fantastic. the coffee alone was enough to get our mornings off to a great start, and the pastries were to die for.

There were a few downsides to the room. the staff at the front desk didn’t seem too bothered about helping us settle in, and whenever we asked for assistance, we were met with a sigh or a raised eyebrow.

We enjoyed our stay at the conveniently located apartments. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, with provided soap and kitchen paper. The helpful staff promptly addressed the noise issue from neighbors above. we would recommend Apartamentos Recoletos.

Almost perfect.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with several popular attractions such as Colon, La Puerta de Alcala, and Retiro within walking distance. You can also find the National Library right next to the hotel, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles, and Retiro. the hotel is conveniently close to public transport, museums, and high-end shopping.

The elevators are very old-style and super tiny.

The location of the property to the sights we planned to see was great. The double bed in the room was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper laid out so that I didn’t need to flip the sign for the room to be cleaned. Self-contained with small kitchenette, clean and comfortable apartment. Good location within walking distance of Retiro Park and Prado Museum. Laundry room on lower floor with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. 24-hour front desk which meant I could check in whenever convenient without pre-organizing time and collection of keys.

Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.
