Very clean and spacious apartment. Nice hot bath/showers. Decent size fridge/freezer. Convenient washing machine. 2 good-sized balconies. Great location close to bars/restaurants. 10-15 min walk to strip, beach, and old town. Tricky key to main building but overall satisfied with location. Would stay again.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, close to EVERYTHING including the beach and a variety of bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to a nearby supermarket and the area with bags. The apartment itself is clean and perfect for a couple, with all necessary amenities such as a washing machine and microwave. The top floor location offers a lovely view of Benidorm and even a bit of the sea.

Check-in was not great as we had to walk to a different location to collect the keys and drop off our bags. It would have been more convenient if we could have checked in early at the apartment.

Clean, well-equipped top floor flat with views of Benidorm and the sea. Suitable for couples or even a group of 4. Conveniently located behind the old town, with a 5-minute walk to a large supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Balcony gets plenty of sun. Efficient reversible aircon and comfortable beds and sofas. Helpful French-speaking housekeeper.

We had a spacious and clean apartment with large balconies at Apartamentos Benidorm City Benimar. The hot bath/shower was a nice touch and the cooking facilities were good. The location was convenient, with a 10-15 minute walk to the strip, beach, and old town. we enjoyed our stay.

One specific situation that happened to us was having to collect the keys from another hotel. Although it was a bit inconvenient, the staff at the Hotel Olympia were helpful in finding us extra bed sheets and towels.
