We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the apartments was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and kitchen amenities, were perfect for our needs. The location on top of a bluff provided stunning sea views from sunrise to sunset. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a supermarket and the beach made our stay even more convenient.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The top floor apartment had an amazing view of the sea and dunes from the excellent balcony. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a supermarket, and on the promenade. I loved the fresh bread rolls provided every morning.

We got great value for our money at these apartments. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and had two balconies with a nice sea view. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Julia on reception.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the items offered.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Playa del Ingles. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to shops and the town center. The hostess was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The apartment itself was well-equipped and even had a blender that they provided for me at no extra charge. The staff were all super friendly and spoke great English and German. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was well-equipped with facilities and the staff, especially Julia, were kind and helpful in showing and telling us about the Playa de Ingles. The location was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate us. They even allowed us to stay in the apartment until 5 pm on our checkout date. The public areas were quiet and people were friendly, despite language barriers. The pool was excellent and kept clean by Miguel. Fresh bread rolls were delivered every morning and the apartment had everything we needed, with extra touches.

Felt so welcome, no complaints. Even when we had a small hiccup, the staff promptly resolved it.
