Stayed in an apartment with a stunning location, felt right at home with its classic style. Perfect choice for a visit to Benidorm, and the nearest airport was conveniently nearby.

The recreational facilities, like the golf course, were a bit pointless. I mean, who wants to play golf when you're in Benidorm?

My stay at Apartamentos Niza was perfect. The location was ideal, being close to nightlife, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was safe and secure, and the large balcony provided a lovely sea view. The rooms had comfortable beds with extra pillows, and all the necessary amenities such as iron, ironing board, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen area was well-equipped, and there was even a safety deposit box for added security. a great experience.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Niza and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a nice old-fashioned style that I really appreciated. The location was perfect for me as it was right in the center of everything. I also felt very secure during my stay, as there was a gate and front door that provided an extra layer of safety. I thought the apartment was a great value for the price and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Niza - the apartment was clean and modern with comfortable beds. The location was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The balcony was a great spot to people-watch. Amenities like the washing machine, TV, fan, and microwave were all in good working order. We highly recommend paying for air conditioning, as it was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Can't wait to come back! The staff at Perla, where we checked in/out, provided excellent customer service and the location was perfect.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. The apartment was modern and clean, and the bathroom was well-equipped with lovely towels and complimentary toiletries. The spacious balcony offered great views of the main street and the sea, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. The kitchen had all the necessary facilities, including a convenient washing machine. Despite being located above lively bars, the noise didn't reach the apartment significantly. I had a pleasant stay at Apartamentos Niza.
