The location was excellent, central and convenient for exploring Madrid on foot. The apartment was roomy and had separate living and bedroom spaces, great for families with young children. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and there was a washing machine available. Staff spoke perfect English and provided great assistance. There was also a supermarket within walking distance.

The property operator was flexible and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected.
