While the location seemed promising and the bathroom was decent, the ongoing renovations made for a chaotic experience. The lack of air conditioning and noise from outside were disappointing, and the staff's communication fell short. Ultimately, it felt overpriced for the quality offered, leading to an early departure.

The balcony had a nice view and location was close to the beach.

The entrance was hard to find and the reception area was a mess. The shower soaked the entire bathroom and the apartment had little ants everywhere.

i had an amazing stay in playa de las americas for our honeymoon. the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, plus the view was breathtaking. the staff was super friendly and truly made our experience memorable.

the pool shut too early at 6pm.

The room was beautifully decorated and felt fresh, with lovely views of the pool from the Y block. I appreciated the powerful shower and the comfortable beds. While the fans were a nice touch, the place would’ve really benefited from air conditioning. The location was perfect, situated close to everything, including a charming restaurant right by reception where the tapas was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable overall.

The location was fantastic, and I loved the views of Teide from my balcony. The pool area was pleasant with plenty of sunbeds. the room had several issues like a faulty ceiling fan and a slightly outdated decor. it was a decent stay with friendly staff.

The location was perfect for nightlife, yet the pool area was peaceful and clean, ideal for relaxation. Comfy beds and a sun-facing terrace made our stay pleasant, though the kitchen was a bit dated. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. Hopefully, my sentimental watch was found!

the apartment was really spacious and super clean. the location is perfect - just steps from all the shops and restaurants. we loved the pool and the poolside bar was a nice touch. the staff were also amazing - always friendly and willing to help.
