Great location, close to everything including the beach and shops. the pool was a good size and the balcony had sun all day.

On arrival, the reception was closed and we had to collect the room key from the bar. the staff at reception were unhelpful and rude, and didn't apologize for giving us the wrong room.

Modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, regular cleaning and towel changes. Plenty of sun loungers and a lifeguard on duty. Efficient air conditioning and spacious balconies with breathtaking sunset views.

This budget-friendly accommodation provides a convenient location, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It is also near a small shopping centre with plenty of dining options. The apartments are well-equipped, featuring air conditioning in the living room and a pool on-site for leisurely enjoyment.

Some guests experienced poor customer service, with one staff member being rude and unapologetic about a room mix-up.

Loved the set out and location, shop on site, free aircon/heating, English channels on tv. Relaxing place. Good size pool + balcony had sun all day. Value insight cafe open 8.30am till midnight. Super clean and modern apartments with regular towel changes. Pool and whole complex kept very neat and tidy. Drinks and snacks average priced and good quality. Recommended for young families.

apartamentos san marcial exceeded our expectations during our stay in puerto del carmen. the pool and bar areas were well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly. the location was convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. overall, a wonderful experience.

Sandra at reception went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the bathrooms were modern and had a walk-in shower with a rain head shower. the rooms were regularly cleaned and towels were changed. There were plenty of sun loungers and a lifeguard on duty. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the spacious balcony was a great addition. the location was very convenient, just a short distance from the airport.
