This hotel is fantastic, with amazing balcony views and close to all the major sights. The kitchenette was useful and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

The reception had a great selection of tea, coffee, and juice. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service and recommended fantastic nearby restaurants. The hotel held our luggage while we took an overnight trip. The location was perfect with a unique rooftop view of the Palacio Real. Parking was convenient. The apartment was well-equipped, quiet, and had good bedding. The hotel had a rooftop bar where we enjoyed a memorable dinner.

The hotel's location was ideal, directly across from the palace and within walking distance of all Madrid attractions. The staff were welcoming and even escorted us to the rooftop bar. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was value for money. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our balcony, overlooking the Royal Palace.

The suites were spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were always impeccably cleaned and stocked. The staff, especially Pedro, were welcoming and accommodating. We loved the rooftop deck with its breathtaking views and comfortable lounge chairs. The hotel's Old Vintage Car Museum was an added bonus. The handy mobile provided by the hotel was incredibly helpful for navigating the city. a perfect choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
