We absolutely loved our stay at Negresco! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were just a few minutes away from shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport. The staff at Negresco were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has recently been upgraded and the rooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the shower drain, which needed to be unblocked. Despite this minor inconvenience, we will definitely be staying at Negresco again when we visit.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city, close to all the main tourist sights. You can easily walk to places like the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Parc Retiro. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free in-room wireless internet access, so you can stay connected during your stay. The hotel offers great value for money.

The breakfast options are limited and a bit overpriced.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the bustling shopping street. Alicia, the receptionist, was exceptional and treated us with great care and made us feel like VIPs. The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, which made exploring the city a breeze. Our room had a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The service was top-notch, and we were even provided with free coffee in the mornings. We also had the option to put on some radio channels for entertainment.

Although the hotel had many positives, the breakfast options were quite limited.
