The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and well-furnished. The location was ideal, close to the beach and shops, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need.

The variety of options at the morning meal could have been improved.

We stayed in a room that was spacious and cleaned daily. The balcony was a good size, and even though there was a building site across the road, it wasn't particularly noisy. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food choice and we always found a table without a problem. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the beach and on the promenade. There were also buses available nearby, such as the L1 or L2 bus that took us to the bus station for further transportation options.

There was a lack of lifts in the hotel, especially during peak meal times, which caused some inconvenience for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful sandy beach. The service here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available to cater to every need. The bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and laundry services were all efficient and reliable. The airport shuttle made getting here a breeze, and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy to explore the area. The in-room amenities were impressive, with an ironing board, air conditioning, and a mini-bar that came in handy. I loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the view and the garden furniture.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel was equipped with daily maid service and clean rooms. the location was great, being very close to the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the food served in the restaurant had a good variety and was of high quality.

The staff could have been more friendly and accommodating. Some facilities, such as the spa, had high fees and weren't worth the cost.

I recently stayed at Ar Diamante Beach Spa Hotel for a few nights for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were incredible, providing excellent service and even upgrading us to a superior room. The one hour spa circuit was a highlight of our stay, with a complimentary mojito to top it off. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff catered to every nationality with great service. The amenities such as the air conditioning and coffee machine worked perfectly, and the free soft drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. I cannot fault this hotel and highly recommend it.
