Charming hotel with a refreshing outdoor pool.

During my stay, I found the coffee at breakfast to be quite disappointing. it was not at all what I expected. Additionally, the whirlpool access was limited, as it required a fee that I hadn't anticipated. I also encountered a slight inconvenience when the man at reception did not call me to inform me that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. I wish they had communicated better regarding such an important issue.

Comfortable room, relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely seasonal outdoor pool and friendly staff who provided excellent advice to explore the area, and it was very convenient taking a taxi from the airport.

Loved everything.

The stunning gardens were a peaceful retreat, and the retro decor added charm. We particularly enjoyed the variety of homemade Majorcan breakfast items, which exceeded our expectations.

Consider requesting a room with a balcony for a pleasant outdoor space to relax. The small fridge is handy for keeping drinks cool, especially in warmer weather.

the gym is clean and well equipped for workouts. wifi is solid but slow sometimes.

I really enjoyed my stay with spacious rooms and clean facilities. The breakfast had a nice variety. The outdoor pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I did wish the gym was a bit better equipped, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 🌞

We loved the retro feel and the staff were super friendly! Breakfast was awesome, and we ate at the restaurant both nights—so good! Only wish the bedrooms were a bit bigger. Location felt quiet and chill, about a 20-minute walk to the old town. Happy with our stay!

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Jill at reception stood out, providing warm assistance with local tours. The garden and pool area felt lovely and welcoming, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The breakfast lacked variety and could be improved. Also, the walls seemed a bit thin, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area with easy access to downtown Palma. Super clean spaces, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has both hot and cold options, and they even serve fresh waffles!
