I had an amazing stay at Arenal Suites! The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with a unique atmosphere. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city near restaurants, markets, and shopping. The host Abdel was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

This hotel is in the heart of the city, making it the perfect location for exploring Alicante. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a big balcony on the upper floors. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast to start your day.

Cannot find any fault

The apartment was well-equipped and decorated, making us feel very comfy. the location was fantastic, with public transport nearby and key city attractions within walking distance. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During the weekends and bank holidays, there was a lot of noise from the surrounding cafes and bars, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. the noise isolation of the apartment was not adequate, so earplugs are a must-have for light sleepers.

This apartment is situated right in the heart of the city, making it the perfect location for exploring all that the city has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, giving you endless options for food and entertainment. Additionally, the apartment is just a short walk away from the beach, allowing you to easily enjoy sun and sand. The modern and spacious rooms provide a comfortable and stylish space to relax after a day of exploring.

One drawback of this apartment is that it can be quite noisy in the kitchen/living area at night.

The staff at Arenal Suites were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Abdel who was always there to assist me whenever I needed help. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance and a taxi rank nearby. The modern and luxurious feel of the hotel, along with amenities like air conditioning and a full size fridge freezer, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The added bonus of having a washing machine was also very convenient.

Additionally, the 3pm check-in time was a bit late for my liking. However, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience at Arenal Suites.

Our stay at Arenal Suites exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The location was fantastic, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a few minutes walk away. The staff were helpful and the communication leading up to our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

our recent stay at arenal suites was even better than our previous visit to alicante. seamless check-in, spacious apartment, and quadruple glazing that provided a peaceful night's sleep. the central location made it easy to explore the old town, and affordable parking was just around the corner. we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities, and the helpful host made our stay exceptional.

Wifi was spotty.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, in the centre of the old town. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen and a nice shower room. The staff, especially Abdel, provided excellent service and were always available to assist.

The welcome package in the apartment was a bit disappointing, with only a few sachets of coffee and no replenishment during our stay.
