Inma, our host, even allowed us to leave our bags in the property until our departure. We had a seamless transport experience from the airport and the back-up service from the hosts was exemplary, promptly addressing a minor issue we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Casual! the location in the old town was brilliant, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and sights within walking distance. the apartments were spacious, bright, and well serviced, with a great shower. the owners were incredibly helpful and even stored our luggage after checkout, which was greatly appreciated. the apartment was clean and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely recommend Casual to others and hope to stay here again when we visit this lovely city.

Loved staying in the historic city centre, so convenient! The tour desk was a plus, helped me plan my explorations. Tram station nearby made it easy to get around.

Who needs communication or repairs? Just give me a dark room with broken bed legs and let the shower leak all over the floor.
