The value for money at this hotel was excellent. We got a great deal and it was worth every penny. The rooms were well-appointed and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we had a car and mopeds with us. It was just outside the city center, but still within walking distance to the beach and the city. Plus, it was easily accessible by taxi, which was also reasonably priced.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault anything.

Great value for money, with a clean and spacious room that had a beautiful view of the city and bay. The location was convenient, although uphill, and we enjoyed the walk back as it gave us a good exercise. Bus and taxi options were available as well. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

the location was absolutely stunning. This hotel is situated up a steep hill in the lush hillside next to a noted restaurant, which provides breathtaking views over San Sebastián. Secondly, the staff were really fantastic. Despite my terrible Spanish, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed, including providing a map and marking many sights. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with good views. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed waking up to the great view every morning. The breakfast offered many options and was served with beautiful views.

We chose to stay at Avenida for its convenient parking and great location with stunning bay views. The 30-minute walk to the old city was glorious, and there's a nearby bus stop for an easier return. The pool area was lovely, and the breakfast had a fresh and delicious variety of options. The spacious room and large bathroom were well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The comfortable beds and free parking were definite bonuses.

we had a great stay at avenida. the hotel is located outside the city center, but it's a nice 40+ min walk to get there, and you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the beach. it's lovely to come back to the hotel in the mountains after a day of exploring the city or the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided a bed and dish for our dog. the parking was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. a highlight was the view from our room, which must be even better on higher floors. overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We had such an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hillside. As we were resting after walking the Camino Del Norte, they kindly provided ice and even helped us order food from a local restaurant. we had a fantastic experience at Avenida.

The room size was spacious and the view was lovely. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the bathroom had a great shower and nice toiletries. The breakfast offered a good choice and variety. The hotel also had a pool, which was a nice facility. Some of the staff at the reception desk and in the dining room were particularly friendly and welcoming. The hotel's elevated position provided amazing views of the city.

Perfect romantic escape! We enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room! the location was amazing, nestled among the hills with breathtaking views of the city and the sea. We loved the quiet, secluded feeling of the hotel, yet still being close enough to enjoy the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and even provided us with a map and recommendations for romantic restaurants.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was offered, and we found it difficult to find other food options nearby. the gym was not up to par, with several machines out of order and poor air circulation.

However, there were a few positive aspects of our stay. the room size was great and offered a lovely view. The bathroom was also good, with a great shower and nice toiletries. The cleanliness in our room was top-notch. The breakfast provided a variety of choices, ensuring a satisfactory start to our day. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady in the dining room. Additionally, having onsite parking was a convenience.

The price was just not worth it considering the lack of facilities and the distance from the main area. there is no bar or restaurant on site, which is a major letdown.

The hotel offers take-out pasta/pizza for dinner, perfect for rainy days. Good breakfast with a variety of choices, including freshly squeezed orange juice. Gym and facilities for trekkers.
