I recently had a fantastic stay at La Ventana Azul Surf in Gran Canaria. I was there for a week and had an amazing time. The hostel has a kitchen on the terrace with beautiful sea views, which created a relaxing and social atmosphere. The staff and volunteers were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of a family. They even had a study area and a cinema in the basement for movie nights. The location was perfect, right by the main surfing spot, with surf shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Plus, there's a cute kitten in the hostel that didn't trigger my allergies. I can't wait to go back!

the location is unbeatable, right on the surf spot. the staff was friendly and attentive, creating a good atmosphere. the hostel organizes activities on request, which was a nice touch. the personal washbasin, comfortable mattress, and nice terrace and kitchen were all great amenities. There was also enough space in the fridge and plenty of drying racks available. I especially loved the rooftop, where I could watch the surf conditions and enjoy beautiful sunset views. a fantastic stay at Ventana.
