factory suites barcelona exceeded our expectations! the breakfast and lunch were amazing, and desiree took such good care of us. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a food market nearby. the spacious room and double-glazed windows kept the noise out. we felt at home and loved the character of the place.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was near a metro station and within walking distance of the beach Barceloneta or Ciutadella Víla Olímpica. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods, and the shared areas such as the kitchen and terrace were perfect spaces to relax. Additionally, the friendly and welcoming hosts made the stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel provided a great overall experience, there were occasional disturbances from noisy guests who rang the doorbell late at night, causing disruptions for light sleepers.

This hotel offers great value for money, with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area but still close to good nightlife and just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities, such as the rooms with a bathroom, are clean and comfortable. I especially loved the balcony with a view to Carrèr València and the fact that breakfast was included.

The owners at Factory Suites were amazing from the moment we arrived until our departure. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the B&B was ideal, situated in a great area of the city. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful breakfasts and the helpful books provided about Barcelona. They even allowed us to check in late in the evening. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, just minutes away from popular landmarks and metro stations. the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was cozy and comfortable with modern amenities, and we had a good night's sleep despite being on a busy street.

The lack of ensuite facilities in some of the rooms may be a downside for some. While it wasn't a problem for us, it's worth keeping in mind for those who prefer their own bathroom.
