Fantastic customer service across all staff. Super interactive with the kids. The best breakfast I’ve ever had ….loved the bubbles and nibbles 4-6 lovely touch. Brilliant and varied eve entertainment, great in-house restaurants and easy access to restaurants on the promenade. Fun pool activities for the kids in the afternoon and meals/drinks fairly priced. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Spacious hotel, attentive staff, variety of classes and evening entertainment. 4 pools, beach adjacent. Amazing breakfast. Large, regularly serviced room with comfortable bed and fresh linens.

Loved the location and design, with extensive grounds and exclusive guest facilities. Fantastic breakfasts and attentive staff. Small touches like water in the room and on sunbeds. Enjoyed entertainment, especially The Tenors. Fabulous villa upgrade with amazing bathrooms and private pool.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel on the beach promenade, offering stunning views of the sea. The location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The dining establishments on the beach promenade provided delicious meals with a wide variety of options. We were particularly impressed with the sitting area in front of the beach, where we could unwind and take in the breathtaking views. The room we stayed in had a spacious bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast served was top-notch, with a great selection of food. We were also delighted with the amazing views from our room.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel had outdated furnishings.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained grounds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools, a children's club, a giant chess set, and even a water fowl feeding area. The location was perfect, situated on a hill with stunning views and just a short stroll to a beautiful sandy beach. Moreover, the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available in the buffet. my experience was phenomenal and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the superb villas with their private breakfast area and plunge pool. The friendly staff and clean accommodations made our stay enjoyable. The little touches like milk and cookies for our grandson and free champagne were much appreciated. The private pool for the villas and the kid-friendly atmosphere were great.

Felt cozy, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Bahia Del Duque and had a fantastic time. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful beach and Siam Park. They offer bike and car rentals right on-site, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were attentive and accommodating, even changing our room without hesitation when our initial room wasn't up to par. The variety of restaurants and pools, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms, added to the overall pleasant experience. I particularly enjoyed the different areas available for sunbathing.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff were friendly. The rooftop pool had a nice view of the city. The hotel was near the downtown area which made it easy to walk around and explore.

The air conditioning was not working properly in the room which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The gym equipment was outdated and some of the machines were not functioning properly.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was beyond accommodating and ensured that all of our luxurious needs were met. The spa centre was a highlight, with its exclusive amenities providing a truly relaxing experience. The location advantages were also noteworthy, with easy access to the beach and beautiful garden areas. Breakfast at the restaurant was a delight, with a superb Continental breakfast available every morning. The bar/lounge area was also a great spot to unwind after a long day.

The only minor issue we faced was the limited entertainment options available. While there was a leisure/TV room available, we would have appreciated more options for a night out, such as a night club or live music venue.
